Medterra was honored to be walking hand-in-hand with the Susan G. Komen organization in the ‘More than Pink’ Walk for breast cancer support. On September 22, in Newport Beach, CA, our team proudly joined more than 10,000 people gathered in unison to take a stand against breast cancer. Participants were excitedly adorned in pink, eager to celebrate those that are persevering this terrible disease, and also to honor those that have lost their battle. The proceeds from the walk will go towards supporting local community programs, as well as, strengthening advocacy for public policy and patient care.
At Medterra, we believe in the spirit of giving. For the month of October we will be offering our customers a 10% discount on all orders and those proceeds will go towards supporting the Susan G. Komen foundation. Every time you use the code ‘PINK’, a portion of your order will go towards breast cancer awareness. These proceeds will help to support initiatives such as local health education programs, cancer support services and life-saving research programs. Together, we can make a difference.
To close out Breast Cancer Awareness month, Medterra will be hosting a party at our office headquarters in Irvine, CA. The top fundraising teams, as well as, the sponsoring partners, will be honored for their outstanding contributions towards finding a cure for this unfortunate disease. Medterra is committed to supporting these efforts and the Susan G. Komen organization, to help get us a step closer to a cure.
